I bought the dynamometer to test the fatigue level before training sessions, but it's so addictive that I implemented statics and max attempts to my regular routine as well. It also feels like it's helping me as an armwrestler in certain positions on the table. Great value for the price

Fixed handle width, no room to adjust. Other than that, its good.
