The Botanist's Tracks, Ebook

Michael Reit is one of the finest historical fiction writers I have read. He takes extremely difficult subjects and presents them in a way that is both accessible and deeply moving. Although the stories are emotionally challenging, his vivid writing makes you feel as though you are witnessing the events firsthand. For anyone who wants to better understand the experiences of those who endured the concentration camps during World War II, Michael Reit’s books are powerful and worthwhile reads.

Like the first books this doesn’t disappoint. Having visited Auchwitz/Birkenau , they books bring to life what are now essentially museums. These stories bring what went on there to the forefront.

All of the books in this series are excellent and heartbreaking at the same time. Very informative and unbelievable cruelties inflicted on these people. Highly recommended by myself.
