My son says it feels like nothing but it doesn’t hurt when he is tackled. The built in shin pads are great fr someone that is already at an academy level or if you maybe are hoping to climb the ranks to academy, either or / and more reasons etc. this is a great product.

Great little shin pads. Bought a pair each for my football mad 11 and 8 year olds and they love them. They are lightweight, give good protection and wash well. Job done.
