good quality, but sizing issues?

The quality of the shoe seems to be very good, unfortunately... the sizing seems a little small. I wear sizes from 12.5-13... so this is what I ordered. the shoe seems just barely long enough that my heel is right at the very edge of the shoe and is too tight around the top of my foot. I'll be inquiring about a refund/replacement.

How soft it is. And funny thing, I'm not sure if it just me or anything else but if really feels like you're gliding while walking. Good buy!
