This is the 2nd order we have placed with you. Unfortunately a mistake was done by myself when completing my order. Basically ordering a children’s side instead of a youth size. Even it was explained to me that the order is processed immediately to their warehouse dept for speed and efficiency. Therefore, although they explained that my order could not be rectified, so Joga decided to keep a repeat customer happy they allowed me to ‘donate’ the items that were too small and replaced them immediately. Wow! Outstanding customer service that sell quality football product that are always sharing deals. 100% recommend. I’m sorry for my genuine mistake, but thank you for not only making my sons day, but to the young lad who does not have the money to purchase these items. Thank you Joga👍❤️⚽️

We are in New Zealand and good shin pads and grip socks are hard to find so our son was so excited when his JOGA grip socks and built in shin pads arrived in.
