Great chair and the quality and comfortable is exceptional. This is my second chair that I bought same color except the first one did not have the side controls for height. I would like to know if I can exchange the first chair for another of the type I just received which is a little more expensive but I will pay the difference.

This is the best office chair I have ever had in my 49.5 years of practice. However, the manual on assembly should be improved for those who are not used to putting things together. The difficult part is connecting the back to the seat. If a person does not have the best tools to do so, it would be a nightmare.
