Roomy and quality materials!
These are a perfect fit for the harness, and they are deceptively large! I had my dog carry all her food and some of mine for a recent backpacking trip, and she carried it without complaint!

Great little pouches
The pouches are very easy to attach, and I don't ever have to detach them from the harness unless I want to. It's simple to just flip them out of the way to buckle and unbuckle the harness as needed.
I really appreciate the fact the pouches have a girth strap: I'd forgotten to fasten it once and I could definitely tell in the way they bounced and moved, I had to pull the bike over and it was easy to just reach down and clip it together.
I keep doggie bags in one permanently, but they can also fit disposable water bottles.
