4" Retrofit Recessed Circadian Light

Love love the retrofit recessed circadian lights! They were very easy to install. I was able to pull out the old recessed lighting and disconnect and reconnect the retrofit units without any issues. It honestly pained me to remove the new and expensive recessed lighting we had installed during our remodel, but after switching to these, it was completely worth it. Now I don’t have to stress about harsh blue lights in our bedrooms, office, hallways, and bathrooms. I also don’t have to constantly manage or remind my family not to turn on the regular lights in the evening. The lighting is pleasant and warm, and when evening comes, everything is already set exactly how it should be.
