5/6" Retrofit Recessed Circadian Light

We love the recessed circadian lights! They were super easy to install for my husband. Now, we can actually turn on the lights in the evening if we have guests over without the fear of disrupting our circadian rhythm completely!

I just replaced all the can lights in my home using Healthy Home. I added a few dimmer switches, which I highly recommend.

I am so happy I can finally turn my kitchen lights on without feeling the agitation of the flickering lights and having to turn them off and work in the dark because I just can’t stand the flickering. Now I can leave the lights on and they don’t bother me whatsoever!! It’s amazing!! The only reason i don’t give 5 stars is because they didn’t quite fit in the openings and they hang down a tiny bit. You can’t tell when the lights are on but when they’re off you can see the 1/4 gap between the light housing and the ceiling.
