Bought the twilight red light sleep for night sleeping. Since we turn our breakers off at night to avoid emf’s as much as possible we use the twilight red light sleep to sleep and see. It stays on all night with an amazing light and recharges the next day. Just perfect for us.

Soothing, calming red light lamp

My Red Light Sleep Lamp goes on at 8PM every evening. The overhead light is turned off, laptop is off and the time before bed is quiet and restful. The ease of falling asleep has improved since I started using this lamp.
