using healthy home light bulbs has taught me that lights are one of the easiest and most impactful changes you can make in the home to positively impact your day to day. this is a well-made product that delivers on its promises.

I put these lightbulbs in our bedroom, kids’ bedrooms, and living room lamps. Previously we tried orange and red bulbs but it was annoying to have to use the lamps at any time of day other than nighttime as the colors were just weird during the daytime. I love that you can change the frequency of these bulbs. Campfire is perfect for bedtime.

These lightbulbs are life changing. My partner and I are both extremely light sensitive and the nighttime setting is like a warm hug for the eyes. Will be stocking up!
