Litter Box Premium Set + ShelfMate

Great so far. Beautifully designed, easy to clean and my cats use it straight away and love it, and I had get rid of my two manual litter box. Customer Service is great with quick reponse. The only think that I can think for improvement is if it is a UK plug that would be better, but they said I can buy one locally and ask for a refund. I hope this litter box will last long. We will se：）

We used to have a piece of furniture that hid our litter box, so this set up is actually a little bit smaller than what we used to have. It also means the cat took to it almost immediately. I did toss some treats in there to tempt him and he did spend most of the first day just going in and out, but now he doesn't even pause before going in. It's been nearly two weeks now and I'm delighted with how quiet and smell free its been. I checked the drawer and changed the bag after one week but I think we can easily go two before I have to change the bag. Absolute game changer!

I've had it for a week and my cats still haven't used it yet, but I'm giving them some time. I was hoping to put it in my bedroom since that's where they are most of the time, but I have carpet so it can't go in there. My other critic is that it's hard to move, since you have to pick it up to move it, instead of being able to slide it to adjust where it is. I wish it had slides underneath it to make it easier to move. Also the box it came in needs handles of some sort, the box was big and bulky and it was horrible trying to get it up to my second floor walkup.
