The one issue I had was getting the old springs out. After getting the sleeve out, I had to get a 10’ rebar to pound out the one spring that refused to come loose. But otherwise the instructions were great.

The customer service is second to none. I ordered the wrong part on my first order and realized it almost immediately. I was able to contact them and get that order canceled and got the right part on order. Tyler was fantastic in his customer service. He was very helpful and made sure I had the right parts coming the first time. The instructions in the box with the springs was also a fantastic part of the customer service. Worked for just what I needed them for. Got everything replaced and working better than new. The site was the best part that helped me find the right replacements I needed for an older generation setup. Not hopefully these last another 20yrs.
