The spring arrived on time and in new condition. The instruction sheet took any guesswork out of how to install. I now have a functional garage door and it was 1/10th the price of what the pro wanted to convert to traditional torsion spring. Got 10 years of usage out of the original spring, hopefully will get same out of this replacement.
