Decaf Medium Roast, Swiss Water® Process

Honestly, the coffee is good. It’s the customer service that’s lacking. I had a subscription to the Decaf Brazil which I was told no longer available and my subscription cancelled. I ordered the only other decaf available (after being contacted regarding my subscription no longer being available and was told that they wanted to send me a complimentary bag of the other decaf - which never happened), only to be sent the Decaf Brazil at twice the price. I’m horribly disappointed in the customer service and it is not likely that I will order again after being a dedicated customer for years.
