The product is great and y’all service is even better.

Love the concept and the design I chose is beautiful. The directions need to be a little clearer - be sure to charge the camera before you install it in the feeder. The perch is cheap and broke the first time an animal knocked the feeder to the ground. It would be nice if replacement perches were sold.

Arrived safely. Easy to set up. And pairing the camera to my phone was trouble free. It’s gets lots of attention from the birds in our area.
