Breed + Health Dog DNA Test

Easy and straightforward process

I chose this test over competitors because they seemed to offer more comprehensive information about my puppy's profile (potential allergies/medical issues, related family members in the area, personality quiz, etc). I also liked that they sent notification of every step of the process since the processing time is 3-4 weeks.

First DNA on GSD

This was our very first time/experience with doing a DNA breed/health on our GSD. The results confirmed one of our biggest fears :( but now we know what is going on with our precious dog. So, even though what we have learned is very heartbreaking, it also allows us the opportunity to work with the best options possible to offer our dog as much quality of life as possible until the inevitable. It helps knowing what is happening to our dog, but also hurts deeply knowing there is absolutely no cure. Our dog had DM and the DNA confirmed our suspicions. We are now doing all we can to extend the time we may possible get with her.

Can’t wait to find out the results! We adopted “Shepherd mix“. Looks more like a Belgian Malinois and can’t wait to find out what she is!
