I just received it. I was out of the state so I only used it once and the one time I used it with the day I came back then that was yesterday and I love it. I recommend this for a lot of people it is as your advertise. I can feel detention in my legs . It doesn’t hurt, but I know it’s working.

Could have had a little better instructions with it. I had a little trouble figuring out how to work the straps.

I like it.The mat though is very cheap and I'll have to buy another but it's great other than a little ticking sound i hear not always but sometimes
