Longy + D-Grips

The Longy Bar with D-Grips is a nice combo. Darko’s pieces are high quality and very versatile. His customer service is solid, especially considering that it is a smaller operation. Highly recommended!

Great Product!

I use the D-Grips with the Shorty Bar for O/H triceps extensions. I plan to use them for triceps push downs as well. Even though they are plastic they have a great knurling for grip without slipping.
