great for squat movements
This is great for db squat movements as you don't have to worry about your grip failing before your legs. With versa grips for db squat movements, grip strength can so be an issue. But when you use this plus the gripps, it really takes the burden off of your forearms. Looks durable and expect it to last me awhile!
