Perfect Feel

I've used a straight bar for forearm extensions previous to owning this bar. I'll basically never do that exercise again now that I have the forearm finisher. It eliminates the girp aspect and targets the forearms better than any other exercise I've felt.

Fantastic All-round Forearm Workouts

I received the Forearm Growth Bundle 3 weeks ago, the quality is second to none, and I've been using each item for accessory workouts after my main workouts on Mon-Weds-Fri, and I've had noticeable quick results in grip strength, and I also see a size difference already too which I'm sure will only be far more noticeable in just a few months.

I love it!
