Enjoying the shakes

The scale doesn't show any weight loss yet, I'm going to stay hopeful. But I'm feeling some body changes for the good. Clothes seem to feel loose. Everyone will have changes at a different rate so I'm hoping to keep drinking those shakes for at least another month. Shakes no matter the flavor have been awesome! Easy to drink and make.
