I decided to give the shakes a shot. I have a bad habit of skipping breakfast and lunch because I am so busy. Not eating has not been great for my metabolism. I have not seen any weight loss at all yet. But it's still early and my body isn't used to a consistent 3 meals a day. Shakes taste amazing and it's one less thing to plan out for the week.

Meal replacement that actually satisfies

I blend this flavor with unsweetened coconut milk and sometimes avocado for extra creaminess. It’s especially satisfying after my strength, HIIT, jump rope and yoga workouts. The flavor is not overly sweet and feels nourishing and filling. If you’re looking for a meal replacement that hits the spot, I high recommend!
