When they only give you ten minutes for a break, what are you going to do? Drink a milkshake of course! Like this one that is tasty and gets the job done and has nutritional value as well. I so enjoyed my first Glow container, and I turned around and ordered three different flavors. It's very easy to mix and I like that you can use water instead of milk. I found a different mixing ball that keeps the shake colder longer. Highly recommend.

This milkshake is the perfect breakfast substitute. It keeps me full until lunch, has lots of vitamins, and makes me feel great. I’m so happy I discovered this!

Post workout chocolate perfection

This has become one of my favorite chocolate meal replacements. I mix with unsweetened coconut milk and sometimes blend in either avocado, raw almond or peanut butter or frozen berries for tartness. The flavor is rich without being overly sweet. I especially enjoy these after my workouts like strength, HIIT, jump roping, yoga. The flexibility to customize it with healthy add ins is a huge bonus for me.
