Carbon Steel Frying Pan - 12"

Awesome non-stick pan

I LOVE this pan! I wanted something large enough for cacio e pepe & fried rice (✔️), without any non stick coating that chips away eventually (✔️), and is actually non stick (✔️) and this pan is that! After seasoning it per the instructions included (so easy!), I made an elegant dinner that including browning carrots and cooking filets of fish (fish didn't stick at ALL) in this one pan. Only thing I'm missing is a lid, but that isn't enough reason to not buy this amazing pan. Even cleaning it after using it was easy (also in the included instructions).
