100% Wake-Up Alarm

I am very disappointed with the quality of this watch. I’ve only had it for around 1–2 months, and it has already started to fail. I wore it in the shower because it is advertised as being suitable for water exposure, but it has since started to corrode. On top of that, some of the lights on the watch no longer work, making it unreliable and not fit for purpose. For a product at this price, I expected it to last much longer than a couple of months. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I don’t believe this level of wear and damage is acceptable after such a short period of normal use. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this by either providing me with a full refund or sending me a replacement watch as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt response.

El producto funciona correctamente, y me despertaba bien. Pero, tiene muchas fallas. Lo compré con la mejora de "100% waterproof" y con el cargador. El cargador no funciona en enchufes europeos, y si miras mejor la descripción, no es waterproof, si no water resistant, que es mucho peor. A su vez, el producto me aguanto menos de un mes antes de corroerse por completo y quedar inservible, completamente roto, sin hacer nada en especial mas que llevarlo. La razón por la que le doy dos estrellas y no solo una es por que la atención al cliente fue rápida y servicial, me ofrecieron entre uno nuevo con recambio y un reembolso, tome el rembolso y no tuvieron ninguna queja y fue instantáneo.

It wakes me up very well, but i have accidentally set the alarms for the same time and they seemed to have cancelled themselves. I dont know if that was intended or not but i wasn’t expecting that.
