The Ribeye Cap is, in my opinion, the best cut of meat, hands down. That having been said, the combination of ribeye cap and Wagyu beef is just too rich for my taste. When you're devouring a ribeye, the cap is something you go to almost like a dessert, or as a change of pace from the ribeye. It's like skipping the meal and going straight for dessert. Don't get me wrong, this is an excellent steak, but I think I prefer my ribeye cap with the ribeye it came from.

Normally we get great steaks from you guys but these rolled ribeyes were really bad. In fact no body would eat them!
