At first i didn’t know it wasn’t a massage item and email customer support and told them that it didn’t work they replied to my email letting me know that it wasn’t a massager item and their way of explaining wasn’t helpful till i called and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and very kind and patient with me so after that conversation I’ve learned to love my biirdFlex thank you!

si funciona bien y esta bueno xqe se acomoda al cuello perfectamente, lo unico es que a mi parecer es muy poca el area debiera cubrir mas area del cuello para mi gusto, saludos

Great product and almost exactly what I wanted. The voice system is a good idea but too loud. Just needs volume control to be a five star rating.
