Photos are deceiving. The massage is not as strong as I thought or would be. Not great.

Would provide more of the claimed relief if the back of the device had heat. Only the two plates on the front of your neck produce heat, and the back provides massage only. BUYER BEWARE- returns are not accepted, unless the product is unopened/tested. Had to try to see if it worked.....obviously
