All cowhide rugs are unique so there are bound to be some differences from the photo shown; but when I got my first hide, it was a little too different from what I expected. No worries! Alicia immediately answered the phone, sent pictures of other options, sent a return label, and shipped another rug out that was almost identical to the one pictured. I ended up keeping BOTH of the hides!
