Chain came caked in this thick stuff. Also had a decent amount of scratches on the flat parts of chain. I was able to clean it and polish out most the scratches. The clasp was an issue, it came too wide and loose where it fits into eachother. I had to press in the sides of the clasp with some pliers to make it a secure fit. Overall, not the happiest with gus’s QC, all this should have been caught and corrected before it was sent out. I do like the chan and it shines very nice after all the work i did to it. I think i woukd look else where for my 2nd chain due to the QC issues.

Took 3 weeks to ship but once it did it was here in two days. Great packaging, you can tell the care. Im assuming they did their sale then did bulk shipping. Im not tripping, custom jewelers are skilled, things take time. Awesome chain. Love it!
