I received my 3.5mm solid 20 inch chain. The card that came with chain states that it is only 16.4g. The product details states the weight should be 18g. Quite a difference. But after leaving a review, Dan contacted me about this issue and quickly offered a solution for it which I gladly accepted. Looks like they do care about customer satisfaction. Though the resolution may take some time to process, I appreciate Dan reaching out. Thanks!

There’s always risk when ordering online, but this chain (14k, 22inches, 3.5mm) was delivered correctly as I ordered, with a card certifying the carat and gram weight (mine is 18.1 grams). It shines, and has the weight and durability I was hoping for. Solid piece and solid price, will be looking here first when it’s time for me to purchase a matching gold bracelet
