Amazing item & excellent customer service

I bought the 22” gold Cuban and it arrived so fast. I noticed it was smaller than I was expecting. (My OCD was OCDing and I knew it wouldn’t sit at the right length) I reached out to Jaxxon customer service at like 11pm and thought they would get back to me in a few days like all other customer supports. But I was wrong.. they got back to me in like 15 minutes! I was blown away and Stacey was so so helpful and made my concerns feel valid. She also has a sense of humor which was pleasant. Can confirm they are not robots. I shipped my necklace back to exchange for a 24” so we shall see how that looks. This is a 10/10 team here and if you have had any issues with the product you got or the customer service, i guarantee it’s YOU that’s the problem. *mic drop*

Very nice chain

I was a little skeptical at first but after receiving the chain it is excellent. Have you ever held something and it just feels quality. I had bought my son a Cuban chain from Kay's and it didn't last 1 year before the links started breaking. This one feels much better
