Handmade Cuban Link Bracelet

My necklace was super tight on me and according to the measurements that you guys said it was should’ve fit me correctly and the necklace links were all stuck together, and it was hard to untangle it, and it was choking my neck. I was very disappointed. My bracelet was great and my ring was great quality was there, but the necklace wasn’t there and quality. The links were getting all stuck together and super tight on my neck. According to the measurements you guys say it is which were incorrect.
