Hybrid 11” Fry Pan

I bought this pan to be the midsize for my Hex pan collection, thinking it was likely the same material. I was wrong. I followed pan seasoning directions to the letter. I have used it twice with oil and I’m disappointed to say eggs stuck to the pan both times. Just not what I was hoping for. Maybe I just received one from a bad batch.

Very good pan, I did have a sticking issue and it was taken care of quickly. Definitely recommend.
