Thank you for replacing my hex clad 11 inch lid that was damaged in shipping. I have used the new lid quite a few times and love my frying pan and lid. It seems to cook things faster than my old pans using less heat. Love how easy the clean up is too.

I purchased the 11" fry pan and love love it,easy clean up and love that it can go into oven up to 500'. Gordon has got it right !😊
