poor customer service after I’ve spend 1200$ in extended warranties

tent arrived with minor imperfections outside but i can live with it but for the price of the product I was expecting better quality and customer support and 270 awning came dented open on the side…I’ve spend 8500$ for everything and they offered me 100$ compensation for awning that cost me 2400 with warranties and it’s been never used and F Up since delivery day
