my favorite all around Chef knife

​I love this chopper. The culinary 2.0 handle shape fits my hand perfectly and the balance is good. I am a chef and use the knife to breakdown, cases of butternut squash, onions, carrots, etc. and the knife holds up very well. even though it is a chopper the tip is very fine and works great for small detail work. I use it as an all-around knife for most of the task I need to do. and the tall shape of the blade works great to scoop up product as I cut it. I have over 10 quality chef knives and this is definitely my favorite.
