10" Chef Knife - Desert Dawn

Gorgeous and Outstanding Performance

​So far so good! This is the first culinary knife that I've bought that was with thought and intent vs a cheapy set from Wally-World, and I've been extremely happy with the quality, aesthetic, and most importantly, cutting performance. It is everything I hoped it would be and more, and expect to to have it in my arsenal for decades to come!

SUPER SHARP & LIGHT AS A FEATHER!

​I purchased this knife as a backup for when a 10" twin, in the Tahoe Bliss series, is in for sharpening. Currently, it doesn't get the same daily restaurant use because I haven't had the need for sharpening (going on 5 months) but it has all the same qualities of it's sister (brother?) knife! Super sharp! Light as a feather, making it easily manuverable and safe. The handle is an art piece. I can't say enough good about Galen's knives!
