Dazzle Glow Lip Gloss

I love the gloss but the liner pencil does not twist up and not sure if I need to sharpen it??? Did not come with point all the way up and that is disappointing

The lip liner is really nice and creamy. I love the color and the gloss feels great on I’m obsessed!

Lip liner broke first time using, wont twist to use again, contacted company, no response —- should gave known better.
