Easy Glide Lip Liner — Creamy, Blendable Color with Smooth Application

Does not even deserve one star!!!! Horrible experience and basically i feel as though i was scammed. This product is NOT as advertised. I coyld have paid less than $1.00 for a childs “crayon” and that is what I’d compare it to. Took over a month to receive it and I requested before it was shipped for them to cancel tge order. Once received i reached out to them and they offered me a $5.00 refund (i paid over $30) to which I refused. Then they offered a $10 refund and admitted they made a mistake in their advertisement but they were a “smwll 2 person” company and cannot afford to absorb a refund. Then when i told them i am on disability and can’t afford to throw my money away for their misrepresentation of a product/their mistake and plan to complain on them with FB, my bank, Shop, etc etc….they have blocked me from even receiving my emails. A total scam/ripoff!!!!!!!!
