Beard Shampoo + The Monarchy Beard Conditioner Combo

I’m currently located in Africa/Zambia (but from the states), and on my first order, by the time I received my conditioner cream it was almost gone (I think it melted). On this order (my second order) I did not state that I’m in Zambia, but to my surprise you included small ice packs to ensure my conditioner cream did not melt. I was very impressed that you noticed it was shipping internationally and ensured I got everything intact. I love your products thus far. My beard is currently still loading so hopefully I will be able to post before and after pictures to show the progress. Thank you ✊🏾✌🏾

Great product. First time user of the shampoo/conditioner, good product. Love Monarch my favorite. My only issue is trying to travel with the Monarch, it often liquidifies Depending on where I am flying I tend to lose some of the product. Maybe offer a liquid version for travel or different container to preserve the product.

Phenomenal as always! My hygiene routine isn’t complete without this combo.
