Assam #8 is Kuan Yin Teas to me. I have never had anything like it anywhere else. It is such a unique taste that I have difficulty describing it but I always have it when I am too used to my usual morning Keemun. It is robust and quirky and plays with taste buds you didn't know you had. I love it. And then it makes my keemun special again.

Wonderfully different Assam
This is an excellent tea, with malty undertones. Lighter than traditional Indian Assams, but with greater complexity of flavors. Think of it as sort of a cross between Indian Assams and Chinese oolongs. A very interesting tea. Can be steeped up to 3 or 4 times. I like the second steep best.
