Bees Knees
We prefer to make our own blend of chai fresh every time, but when we tried Kuan Yin’s pink chai, we thought it so delicious! We miss visiting Kuan Yin’s tea shop where we always had such wonderful high quality teas, but happy to have the online shop so that we can continue to order their tasty pink chai. Five stars for this blend!

PINK CHAI
I love this chai, it'd a nice balance of spices and green tea. I enjoy it most in the afternoon or after work, as a warm relaxing and calming beverage. Some recommendations, I like it a little stronger, so when I make the concentrate, I will evaporate off a little more of the water so it isn't as dilute. I mix it with soy milk (half milk + half chai concentrate), when I'm ready to have a cup. Even better than the pink chai, is the spicy pink chai, especially if you like more a ginger kick.
