Light, bright, distinctive
I've had green Japanese teas before, but this one reminds me of the impression I used to get when I walked in a newly mowed hay field as a girl. It's green and brightly rich.

Sublime cuppa!
So far, I have experienced both this Japanese green tea and another from Kuan Yin Teas. Definitely follow the included instructions for temperature and steeping time when preparing these greens -- I went ahead and invested in a digital temperature-controlled electric kettle to the purpose (140° F for this one) -- and you will be able to appreciate all the subtleties of this marvellous tea!
