The wheelchair was easy to assemble if a bit tricky to adjust. Sadly, my dog never got to use it because she passed away.

Policy is not friendly to new clientele. It turns out that originally, my measurements were just a tad off. I should not be punished with a hefty return and shipping fee to correct the purchase. Parents with disabled pets are already inundated with medical bills and extraordinary costs. Your return policy should be more supportive, not one-sided to benefit your Company. Amazon and other 3rd party sellers are more generous and pet-parent friendly.
