Poor Stitching

The snake looks good, however the stitching of the letters on the hat is poor. The letters are not stitched uniform in a line like in the picture. My main problem is the 'd' in 'around' which falls on a seam on the hat and stitched a lot lower than the rest of the letters for some reason. Not sure if something went wrong with the machine on this one, but was hoping for better quality. This popped out to me as soon as I opened the box.
