I’m a fan of the transdermal delivery system. My only complaint is how difficult it is to peel the patches off of the sheet.

Patches not pills
I really appreciate that I can get my vitamins from a patch, rather than a pill. I have trouble swallowing a lot of pills so this is a way to get the vitamins that I need—plus they are fun.
