Freaking delicious but BE CAREFUL

I’ve never had another candy drop I can just continue popping in my mouth without worry of how much sugar I’m ingesting. HOWEVER, when they say 20 grams of fiber they MEAN 20 grams of fiber. Do not mindlessly eat these unless you’re super low on fiber for the day. They’re too delicious and you will find yourself in an everything must go sale in your bathroom if you’re not careful. Plus side, the protein keeps me satiated and it takes 10 minutes to eat one so I can’t shovel them in too fast! Great for car rides and afternoon snacking
