Customer Service offered by Melissa was outstanding! She responded promptly, thoughtfully and very thoroughly to all of my inquiries. My dog had prior experience with wheels so she has been quick to figure out how to use the cart. Without wheels, Izzy wasn't able to walk comfortably on pavement, so walks were very limited. With wheels, she will be able to go out and explore the outside world. What a blessing for us both! Thank you, K9Karts!

This cart should be just what we needs as Harley gets older. She’s been having trouble with her one front leg recently and the wear and tear was really slowing her down. She’s been moving smoothly around the house and has adjusted pretty quickly to using the cart.
